Bottle, courtesy of fonefan. It pours a dark reddish brown body and a small, beige head. The aroma has a good dash of coffee, as well as dried fruits, roasted malts and some licorice hints. A touch of alcohol too. A good dash of licorice in the mouth, with roasted malts, some alcohol and dried fruits. Full body, dry and slighlty warming. A really pleasant English style porter that could be enjoyed for quite some time. 110417

Medium body, heavy licorice flavours and dark dried fruits with a slightly salty touch. A little roasty astringency in the finish. Pleasant alright. 170411
