Our biggest beer to date, this beast is infused with a combination of smoked malts, coffee, and vanilla. Expect a big and boozy aroma with layers of chocolate, coffee, and bourbon.

(On tap @ the brewery, Jan 21/18) Pours black with a moderate, stable pale tan head. Notes of sweet chocolate and vanilla dominating, some sweet and somewhat smoky/earthy coffee, dark toffee malt core, low roast, some dark fruity quality, balanced wood, bourbon character is soft and round but relatively retiring, amplifying the vanilla and sweet smoky woodiness already present it seems. Finish is semi-sweet and low in bitterness. Medium-full, somewhat creamy, low carbonation. Quite nice, I think I'd like a touch more balancing roast because it's a little on the sweet side, and not extremely concentrated in flavour, but it's smooth and very drinkable indeed with the ABV disguised.
