Bottle pour at Snallygaster 2025. Looks like blueberry pulp. Vanilla and cake mix. Some under ripe berry. Dont love this. Feels kitchsy from Cantillon. 8 7 7 7 6.5

Grapefruit and blueberries, some vanilla. Unripe blueberries. Pours hazy reddish with pink head. Tart finish. Bottle pour at Snally.

A clear purple red beer with pinkish head. Aroma of sour red berries, lactic fruits, cherries, red grapes. Taste of sour red grapes, berries, lactic fruits. Nice.

Bottle pour at Snallygaster 2025. Poured a nice deep ruby red color with a small, wispy slightly pink head. Aroma was big raspberries and blueberries. Flavor was refreshing and nice delicious fruit. Jammy raspberries, with vanilla.

750 ml bottle. Pours deep berry red to purple with dissipating pink bubbles. Sharp raspberry, milder blueberry, vanilla hints, lacto. Taste: moderate sharp, sour red berry fruits, vanilla apparent but not overpowering. Dry on the palate. Medium body with spritzy carbonation. I'm sure some conoisseurs turn theit nose up at this pastry lambic, but I like it's quirkiness

Rød klar med lys rosa skum. Lukterblåbær, svovel, fat og vanilje. Fruktig og sur. Smaker blåbær, vanilje og bæreddik. Lang.

Bottle shared. Nice deep dark pink. Massive raspberries, vanilla, oak, wheat. Quite sour, light sweet. Solid medium bodied. Quite sour but quite tasty.

Tap at Hopdog. Murky purple red. Nice dry big , raspberry, blackberry, wood and vanilla notes, medium light sparkly body, tart, pastry sour, but a quite nice one .

Tap at HopDog 5th birthday. Murky deep berry. Cherry, strawberry, rhubarb, vanilla. Sweet juicy fruity and tart. Soft. Dry. A tad too heavy sweet towards pastry sour, but still quite refreshing. Not bad.
