Bottle sampled at BC Cider Fest 2023, pours a cloudy dull blonde with a small white head. Aroma really smells like root beer - any further word would be superfluous. Flavour is a bit different - it's bone dry, with root beer-like notes and a hint of dry apple skins. I guess it's fun for what it is but it's not what I look for in an experimental cider.

Okay clear gold body with very modest foam. The aroma is very soft apple with some rather strong root beer tones, fresh at least but certainly drowning out the apple. Flavour is crisp apple but muddied by the root beer elements, not really working well together. They sort of meld after a few minutes but I can't say anything here is working exceptionally well together.

Apple and some light herbs and sarsaparilla. Clear gold with a small white head. Tart and dry but no real root beer.
