Our first foray into Pale Lagers, this German-inspired Pilsner is made using imported German Malt, Hops, and Yeast. Light with a snappy, crisp hop profile from both traditional Hallertau Mittelfrüh as well as a small amount of the more modern Hallertau Blanc. Careful mineral additions also helped to replicate the water chemistry of the Northern German Region.

Poured from the tap. Clear blonde gold with small white head. Grain, clean, feint floral hops. Lacklustre.

Grains and a. Touch of grassy manure. Cloudy gold with a small white head. Grainy and bitterness.

Smells of soft lemony grains, has okay foam on top of a clearish light orange body. Flavour is mellow cardboard. Refreshing at least, pretty standard but drinkable.
