Aromas of big juicy/tart/tangy raspberries, black currant, fruit skin/seed, lemon, peach, pear, melon, red apple, red grape, cracker, white bread dough, and toasted biscuit; with light notes of herbal, floral, grass, pepper, and yeast earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of raspberries, black currants, fruity yeast, pale malts, and light earthy hop notes; with great strength. Taste of big juicy/tart/tangy raspberries, black currant, fruit skin/seed, lemon, peach, pear, melon, red apple, red grape, cracker, white bread dough, and toasted biscuit; with light notes of herbal, floral, grass, pepper, and yeast earthiness. Light fruit tang/tartness; and mild herbal, floral, grassy, spicy hop bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of juicy/tart/tangy raspberries, black currant, fruit skin/seed, lemon, peach, pear, melon, red apple, red grape, cracker, white bread dough, toasted biscuit, herbal, floral, grass, pepper, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a while. Great complexity, robustness, and balance of raspberries, black currants, fruity yeast, pale malts, and light earthy hop flavors; with a great malt and tart/tangy fruit balance; with no puckering/astringent flavors after the finish. Lightly increasing dryness from lingering fruit tang/tartness. Light carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth, creamy/silky/grainy, fairly acidic/tangy/tannic, and lightly sticky mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 4.7%. Overall this is an excellent fruited blonde ale. All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of raspberries, black currants, fruity yeast, pale malts, and light earthy hop flavors; very smooth and pretty refreshing to drink with the very soft/silky nitro, and mellowly acidic/tangy/tannic/drying finish. Very flavorful and not watery for the ABV. Awesome balance between juicy/jammy fruit, fruity yeast, and bready malts; with mild earthy hop presence/balance. A very enjoyable offering, and impressive style style example. Not overwhelming on any aspect.
