We've taken a full bodied milk stout, and judiciously layered flavour upon flavour to create a beer that is like dessert in a glass, while drinking like a well-balanced beer. Whole pecans, graham crackers, cinnamon bark, vanilla, cocoa and dark candi syrup blend to bring this decadent beer to life.

pitch black color. Nice nuttiness and dark chocolate in the nose. Semi sweet with a pastry like character with lactose, roasted malt. Smooth. Low bitterness.

On tap at Cabin, pours black with a small beige head. Aroma brings out lactose, cinnamon and vanilla upfront. Flavour is along the same lines, with lots of cinnamon, vanilla, lactose, and cocoa. Lightly sweet, with the cinnamon lingering. Very nice pastry stout.

Nice roasted sweet nuts. Jet brown black with a nice light brown head. Lots of nuts, vanilla and toast. Sadly a bit thin, but otherwise quite nice.
