It's Complicated.

Don’t let the scrunchie fool you, Tiffany likes to let her hair down. Bright pink with a sassy tartness, it's a dance off between our Golden Ale and red wine grapes. The result is a bone dry, crazily crushable, dangerous lover friend.

Poured from 473mL can (thanks Cindy; pkg 28/Feb/2023). Hazy dull salmon pink with white head. Saison yeast, mild esters, feint vinous notes, a bit perfumey. Okay, but a little bit rough around the edges, 8% abv is quite hidden.

500ml bottle. Pours a hazy amber-red with a medium, foamy, long lasting, pale pink head that leaves thick, chunky lacing. Aroma of Belgian yeast, red wine, generic berries and floral hops. Semi-sweet flavour of biscuit malt, red berries, Belgian yeast, black pepper and floral hops in a dry, red wine finish. Medium body with an oily texture and average carbonation. Tasty and well made.

On tap at Eighty-Eight, pours a clear pinkish amber with a small white head. Aroma brings out red wine grapes, rustic saison yeast, and a hint of esters. Flavour matches, with red wine grape must, saison yeast, and dry biscuity malt. Floral, dry and rustic. Good stuff.

Funky. bubblegum and sweaty berry notes. Clear orange with a decent white head. Bitter and lots of esters with some banana and a dry finish. Esters on the nose and taste are a bit overwhelming.
