Bottle. Milky yellow with small white head. Aroma is malt, fruit, wheat, yeast, citrus and a little brett. Flavour is malt, fruit, yeast, wheat, spices, little dry, little citrus, medium sweet and lemon.

Poured from a bottle. Aroma is fairly floral and citrus forward with some complimentary pepper and coriander phenolics. Very similar aroma to a witbier, but less sweet. Pours a pale, yellow straw color with a small white head that recedes quickly to a thin film then lingers. Medium low lacing and faint legs. Flavor has a light, sweet grain notes upfront with a touch of acidity. Moderately strong orange and lemon citrus notes. Medium light pepper and coriander phenolic notes with a nice drying finish. Medium low bitterness. Like a wit but with more pepper than coriander. Mouthfeel is light bodied with medium high carbonation; very crisp and refreshing. Low astringency slow alcohol warmth. Overall a very enjoyable, crisp beer similar to a wit but with more pepper and that familiar Prairie farmhouse character. A very yeast forward beer.

Hazy, and it looks like low carbonation. Aroma mostly yeasty with light spiciness. Dry, spicy character with a little doughy residual sugars. Yeasty towards the finish.

Bottle: Pours a copper-orange color topped with a monstrous sandy head. Took seemingly forever for this thing to die back. Nose is typical farmhouse with a light citrus and faint spice. Flavor profile is light, yet firm and defined with orange and peppery notes in addition to the farmhouse vibe. No doubt sessionable all day long.

Pours a dull yellow, quite cloudy, small to medium white head. Aroma is fresh light grain, fairly clean saison yeast and a touch of grassy hops. Taste is moderately dry with a mildly hoppy finish, lots of that fresh grain flavor, which gives the beer some pleasant sweetness, a touch vegetal. Pretty full mouthfeel for the abv, very easy to drink.

From tap. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma is spiced and light soapy estery. Bitter, estery and mild spiced. Slight herbal. Dry and bitter finish.

Almost no sweetness. Full taste for the comparatively low alcohol. A solid session saison on all around. Beer with power.
