Bottle - hazy gold - pour looks almost completely still - nose is honey, light muskiness, light mineral, phenols of pepper and plastic - limp and lifeless in the mouth - flavor is dry up front - dry grain, pepper, hay, dull neutral yeast - a bit of apricot and ginger later - finish is lightly bitter and mildly phenolic - overpriced and fairly weak.

Jack is back tasting at Bruce’s. Thanks to Leighton. Hazy paleish gold beer, small white head. Light floralness and a whisper of lemon sherbet. Light seltzer salts, light finish with mellow bitterness. All right.

Bottle thanks to Leighton. It pours pale gold with a medium white head. The nose is earthy, dough, wheat, funk, spice and citrus peel. The taste is crisp, bitter, doughy, peppery spice, earth, citrus, sherbet and wood with a dry finish. Light-medium body and fine, prickly carbonation. Well-rounded and pretty drinkable. Solid.

Bottle thanks to Brandon! Pours a cloudy yellow orange with medium frothy white head that diminishes to nothing. The aroma is strong brett, pineapple, and funk. Medium mouthfeel with light fruit, yeast, and strong brett in the finish. Very good.

Bottle shared in London - huge thanks to the Bald Wizard for this one. Pours lightly hazy yellow with a fine, frothy white head. The nose has some lightly doughy wheat, hints of lemon. Light sweet flavor, some dry wheat, bitter hay, slight yeasty tang. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Moderate dryness to finish, some bitter hay, more dried wheat. Nice.

12 oz. bottle shared by Phatdog1. Thanks Craig! Cloudy yellow that looks like grapefruit juice. Nose is wet hay, musty basement and Earthy pale malts. The flavor follows suit with just a bit of bitterness to balance the yeast. Hints of citrus, lemons. The body is medium with a grassiness I enjoy in the finish. Great stuff.

Bottle. Pours hazy pale golden with a medium white head that dissipates fairly quickly to a ring; decent lacing in its wake. Aroma is very light, peppery, herbal, grassy, lemon, perhaps banana. Flavor follows, light and spicy, perhaps a bit of coriander there as well. Kinda like a cross between a Saison and a Hefe, actually. Herbal throughout, some vague fruitiness in the body. Very light sweetness, just a bit of lemon zesty bitterness, yeast spiciness. Light bodied, but not watery at all. At 4.5% this is a beer I could see myself drinking a lot of on a hot summer day.

33cl bottle pours a very hazy, basically opaque, straw gold with one ring of hazy, white head. Nose has some sweetness, honey, candy, loads of grass, straw, yeast, chalky, a little alkaseltzer. Flavor is decent, lemon, herbs, grass, lime, straw, honey, yeast, a little bit of chalky Tums. Chalky finish. Kind of neat.

Bottle. Pours a hazy pale gold with an orange hue and a creamy white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has earthy grains and hay with a bit of grass and a nice tartness. Flavor has more earthy grains with some light funk, a bit of flora and just a hint of tartness coming out in the finish.
