Tap at CBC 2014. Beer in the glass red, creamy head. Mild fruity berry aroma. Starts sourish-fruity, notes of berries, background with bitter notes. Finish less fruity, light sourish aftertaste. Okay.

Lots of grapefruit in this. Very pungent, fresh grapefruit without much of the astringency. Pours golden without much head or lacing. Light sweetness and some tartness in finish. Tap at Snallygaster.

12 ounce bottle courtesy of Travlr. Thanks! Pours a hazy lemon yellow color with a large fizzy white head. Decent head retention. Aroma of spicy yeast, doughy malt, stone fruits, caramel, candied lemon. The taste is yeast, stone fruits, tropical fruits, spice, bready malt. Medium bodied, high carbonation, refreshing. Solid beer.

355ml bottle. Slightly cloudy, orangey golden colour with average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Some grainy and bready notes build the basis for an overall fruity aroma with notes of orange and apricot, amended by peppery spicy, yeasty shades. Taste is clearly lighter, abstains from the bready basis, delivers minimally sweet fruity notes of apricot and orange, some hop bitterness goes along with the reappearance of the peppery notes to produce a concerted biting touch; citrusy hoppy finish, lively carbonation.

Keg at the Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2014, red session. 03/05/2014. Aroma is salty, seaweed, lemon, mineral and earthy straw. Clouded yellow straw coloured pour with a sticky white head. Flavour is straw, earthy citrus, saison yeast esters. Good ferment. Lingering harsh earthy bitterness, some dirt. Palate s wheaty grainy, fairly smooth, effervescent carbonation.

Botlle, 0.355l. Hazy pale golden color with small creamy white head, good lacing, some yeast residue and average sparkling appearance. Aroma is yeasty, not offending cheesy, grassy, citric, grainy with notes of coriander. Taste starts with heavy citric acidity, follows grainy and vinous with crisp and spicy mouthfeel, while sharp hoppy bite strikes at finish. Medium body, dry texture and lively carbonation in palate. Typical hefeweizen aroma and light summer saison taste, good and refreshing...
