750ml @ Ryan's shared with Alex and Peter.
Aroma: farmhouse notes, some Brett.
Taste: along the same lines, quite a lot of Brett that brings the bitterness.
Overall: enjoyable.

Poured from 750mL bottle. Lightly hazed yellow with small white head. Dry brett and oak, light oaty saison, light body. Some surprisingly decent flavour, but lacking in body.

On tap at Iron Road, pours a hazy golden orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out rustic farmhouse notes upfront, followed home oak, and considerable funk. Flavour is complex, with a nice brett funk upfront, followed by gentle oak, wood, and rustic notes. Great use of the barrels and funk. Excellent.

Soured lemon citrus. Cloudy gold with a small white head. Funky and yeasty with a touch of higher alcohol. Not quite there.
