On tap at Swans, pours a hazy dark amber with a small beige head. Aroma is quite sweet and syrupy, with lots of caramel, dark fruits, and toffee. Flavour is sweet and fruity, with lots of caramel, syrupy toffee, and red fruits. Bold, syrupy without being cloying, and very drinkable. Excellent.

Smells of old shoe leather, horse's reigns, brushes used on an aging dairy cow. Has good brown-black body and a tiny ring of beige foam on top. Flavour is murky smoked oak and tired logging shoes, your grandmother pulled them apart and used the leather in a breakfast soup at the farm. Mouthfeel is a little thin, could be fuller. This is unique but awkward, overbearing in all the wrong places.
