0,75l from bottle at home. Bottled 18. June 2021. Darker yellow almost hazy color, small white head. Smells funky, fruity, rhubarb, light sulphur, earthy, very nice smell overall. Full body, bubbly carbonation. Tastes rhubarb, fruity, ripe fruits, flowers, some funk, subtle oak, light walnuts, citrus. Finishes bubbly, lightly dry and lightly bitter with notes of rhubarb, funk and citrus notes. very nice one, great balance, on the bubbly side of things, but I very much like it.

Draft pour for Zwanze Day 2026, at The Sovereign in Washington DC. Poured a bright, vibrant orange color with a small sized white head. Aroma was rhubarb, tartness, but not overly funky or sour. Really nice fruit. Subtle aroma, but what a flavor. Delicious rhubarb. Very light tartness but not overwhelming. This was too delicious.

Bottle from Josh's cellar thank you for sharing it!
Dirty gold color with a thin bubbly white heat that dissipates quickly. Earthy funky aroma and flavor with a tartness that comes more from the fruit than the brett. Really nice brew.

Bottle, 2025. Bottled 17th of June 20125. Color: Clear golden, white head. Aroma: Earthy, funky, fruity rhubarb. Taste: Moderate tart, earthy, a little sweetness. Earthy, fruity rhubarb. Subtle funk, fruity rhubarb, notes of tart and sweet grapes and berries. Earthy, minerals. A bit thin, still too young? Below average carbonation. Far less complex than previous years I've had. Ok overall. Note to myself: Keep the second bottle in the cellar as long as possible...
