Clear amber-brown color, off-white head. Smell caramel, malts and some spices. Taste malts, slightly bitter and again some herbs or spices. Not very interesting, but nothing really wrong with it either.

Flasche aus den 80ern, 6,6%. Malzig-kräuterartiger, deutlich oxidierter Antrunk. Die Malzigkeit wird schnell milder, es bleiben aber bis zum Ende Karamellnuancen vorhanden. Die vorhandene Herbe ist ebenfalls mild. Würzig, ausgewogen, für sein Alter unglaublich harmonisch. Wenig nach Kräutern, zum Ende süßlich. Kurzer Nachgeschmack mit deutlichen Karamellnoten. bottle from Vinoble-favrskov clear caramelly brown, smooth small offwhite head. aroma is not sourish but sort of flowery-citrussy slightly sourish, caramel. faint nutty. flavor is caramelly, flowery, straight bitter. slightly bitter dry malty. reminds me not so much of belgian brews, rather german ones with the dryness and "straightness" of flavor.

bottle. Amber colour, large head. Malty, dusty hops, hints of honey.Rather full-bodied with an alcoholic touch especially in the finish.

Reddish copper color, white head and great lacing. Caramel and malt aroma, maybe a bit over the top, but interesting. Butterscotch flavor with light spice and pine cleanser (but in a good way). Good body for the style. Despite the poor opinions, this is an interesting, warming and drinkable winter beer.

Brown with a big white head. Malty aroma with caramel and grain, and a hint of metal. Rich malt and brown sugar flavour, sweet with a drying finish.

Clear deep amber with large beige head. Sweet malty aroma with yeasty and caramel notes. Flavour is sweet malty with caramel and hints of spices. Finished sweet. Mainstream belgo beer.

Bottled(330ml). -Clear amber coloured, small white head that went away fast, soft lactic yoghurty nose. Light malty and fruity with notes of fruits, vanilla and metal in the finish. Pretty tasteless and watery. Typical Palm. 6.0%

The bottle looks good, the beer in the glass also. Washy aroma. Tastes very metallically and dry, only modest spicy, very unbalanced finish. Not a good beer!

Bottle at the Hopdevil, Zagreb Yay, a new beer. Poured a darker amber-red body with a tiny white head that went away very quickly. Soft malty nose mingling with notes of tobacco and rice? Light, sweet, unimpressively woody stale malty taste, a bit yeasty, not in a good way, and lightly lemony. It’s drinkable, mind you and not as offensive as I might’ve made it sound, but it just isn’t a good Dubbel nor a Belgian Ale.
