Export version. The Fuller's Indian Pale Ale is audacious as it contains a grand quantity of "Goldings" hops. Its colour is intensely golden and offers earthy and sweet scents. In palate, strong bitter hop notes mixed with fresh and spicy notes.

Review based on the BJCP2015 guidelines (style 12C). Bottle 50 cl - Batch 0971 13:07 (BBF 01.DEC.21). AROMA: medium oxidized hop aroma (dried grass). medium-low toffee-like malt background. APPEARANCE: light orange/light amber color and clear. medium off-white head, creamy, with good retention. TASTE: similar to aroma with medium oxidized hops (dried grass), low background malt, slightly sweet with a neutral to faint toffee character. medium to medium-high bitterness with a semi-dry to dry and bitter finish. PALATE: medium body with medium carbonation. OVERALL: already a goner.

Bottle from Pivný raj Quite okay IPA. Not really a hoppy or citrus superstar (or even a star), but it's drinkable

Bottle, 0.5l. Cloudy copper pour, two finger frothy off-white head. Lasting head, good retention, nice lacing on the glass as it goes down. Grainy nose, malt, grassy hops, sweet perfumy background. Pretty nice. Medium body, soft carbonation. Smooth and chewy texture, very nice on the palate. Easily drinkable. Balanced bittersweet taste. Grainy, grassy aroma. Herbs, floral and fruity touches. Sweet and malty with hop bitterness in the background for a good balance. Medium to long lasting finish, dry. Good one.
