Cask at GBBF08. Nutty aroma and flavour. Almost clear copper colour. OK white head. The flavour is quite nutty, some sweet walnut. Thin mouthfeel but good flavour.

Cask at GBBF 08. Gold, thin beige head. Looked in good nick when poured. Digestive biscuits on aroma. Biscuits in mouth too. Pleasant if you like a biscuity bran-y bitter.

Golden colour, mediumsized off-white head. Aroma is cookies, malts, some wood. Flavour is wood, some slight notes of smoke and quite much sourness. Mild caramel. Bigtime bitter grassy and wooden finish.

Clear amber with medium off white head. Sweet malty aroma with toasted malt, caramel and hops. Sweet flavor with fruity, caramel and hoppy notes that gives it a Bitter end.

Bottle picked up from a delicatessens, Shrewsbury, Salop, 19-10-07 Poured golden had a thin white head. Nicely bitter in taste, a bit dry and hoppy but unspectacular. The aroma was quite fruity.

(Bottle 50 cl) Hazy, amber golden with a gigantic head - shaving foam style. Very soft mouthfeel - rather soft carbonation. Malty nose with some fruity notes - banana? Very malty flavours with a lightly sweet, underlying note. Dry finish. Has some rustic, artisanal touches - a bit like Belgian Fantome! 011205

A dark orange beer with a small beige head. The aroma is lovely hoppy - with cascade hops being most dominant, but also with hints of yeast and caramel. The flavor is sweet primarily herbal, but also contains notes of caramel and slight hints of hops, while the end is very herbal and the mouthfeel smooth.
