Aroma of grains, cereal, slight citrus, hops. Flavour is grainy and light hoppy, with a light to medium bitterness in the aftertaste. Relatively hoppy for a Pilsener, one of the best I’ve had.

Tap at Jopenkerk, Haarlem: Hazy golden coloured brew with an fine bitter taste and some hints of citrus.

Bottle. Blonde, Maltaroma. Medium bodied, malty flavor with apple and hay notes. Hints of grass and metal. Fairly well balanced, but with a less pleasant aftertaste. Bottle, tasted in 2010: blonde, just a bit hazy. Malty bready aroma with a moderate hop characterand just a bit of hay. Malty grassy hopbitter flavor with notes of hay and a hint of dust. Well made pilsener, quite Bavarian in character.

Helder geel bier met schuim. Smaak is bitter hoppig met iets van gras en noten. Erg goed.

Lekker droog hoppig pils, doet me denken aan Leipzig. Duitsche Qualität Emelissebräu. Backlog from 2015/03/25.

Dorada turbia, con un par de dedos de espuma y un agradable aroma entre malteado y herbal. Muy agradable en boca, con cuerpo moderado y sabor especiado y a malta. Refrescante y sabrosa. Buena pilsen holandesa en la línea de las buenas checas.
