Bottle at home in London - sourced from Male Ale. Pours lightly unclear gold with a creamy white head. Lovely dry and biscuity pale malts in the nose, some cereal, grass, hay. Light sweet flavor with nicely balanced crunchy grains, straw, cereal, pale bread. Light bodied with average carbonation. Crisp finish with more crunchy cereal, faint lemon rind, hay, grain. Nice biscuity aspects. Wonderful pils.

Amazing how Emelisse is able to even make a pilsner interesting. It’s actually tasty, with some notes of grain and even hops.
