Bottle at Wakefest. Pours a hazy gold with small white head. The aroma is mineral, grape skin, oak. Slick body, apple, grape, dry finish, very good.

Yeasty funk. Clear gold with a decent white head. Effervescent and apple with a bready note. Great experiment but worth the effort?
