Bottle @ Canil. very dark brown with small beige head. Aroma is roasted malt, chocolate, caramel, orange, hop and liquorice. Flavour is roasted malt, chocolate, caramel, orange, hop, liquorice, medium sweet and medium bitter.

Dark roast and intense pine. Deep jet brown with a rich light brown head. Roasty bitterness and pine with a long bitter finish.

Bottle from cervejaportuguesa.com. Almost black with a beige head. Aroma is sweet, roasted malt, coffee and light hoppy - pine. Flavor is quite sweet and rather bitter. Dry and rather bitter finish. Oily. More hoppy stout than black IPA. 150718
