Old rating from May 2015 - Pours a near black with a off white head. Aromas & tastes of berries, caramel, toffee, earth & malt. High level of carbonation for a so called mild. Bitter finish. Enjoyable

Danish tasting session
Black color with large head, reducing quickly. Mild roasted malt aroma. Dry and extremely ashy flavor; relatively strong bitterness with metallic character.
Unpleasant ash beer.

Bottle at home. Aroma is dark malt, light roasted, caramel, coffee, touch of dark chocolate and a hint of hops in the finish. Flavour is moderate bitter. Body is almost medium. Pretty good Mild Ale, surprising roasty and coffee aroma.

500ml bottle @Mad for Beer (Rome). Pours deep brown with a medium off-white head. Aroma of grapefruit, pine, roasted malts, light metallic note. Flavour is light sweet with a medium bitter end, a bit unbalanced. Medium body, medium to light carbonation. Rough, not my cup of tea.
