We’ve taken year-old sour amber and sour brown foudre ales and blended them together with Pinot Noir must we got from our friends at Stoller Family Estate in Dayton, OR. Puckeringly sour up front with jammy notes of brettanomyces funk, black currant & pear. Seeds & Skins has a mineralic finish like a crisp and tart Rosé.

16 oz. bottle, pours a deep dark amber with a small beige head. Aroma is loaded with red grape skins, with red wine barrels, and balsamic. Flavour is along the same lines, with lots of balsamic, red grape skins, and red wine barrels. A bit acetic, but pleasantly so. Stellar inclusion of the grapes and use of the barrels. Very good.
