Intense raspberry and some light barrel. Clear amber with a decent white head. Soured raspberry with some dark cherry and woody notes. Solid.

On tap at Strathcona, pours a clear amber with a small beige head. Aroma brings out glue, perfume, and funky brett - this is fucked up. Flavour is quite messed up: there is tart citrus, perfume, brett funk, and glue. Bit of cognac underneath. There is definitely some quality stuff lurking underneath, but this is chaotic; there are doubtless some undesirable fermentation issues here.

Draught at the brewery
Dark red colour. Woah, huge smell and taste of glue, acetone, acrylic; balsamic vinegar and some raspberries; this is not good at all. I couldn't take more than 3 sips.

Taster at the brewery. Pours a hazy copper with a white head. Aroma is sour cherries with some slight nail polisher and bready notes with some barrel component too. Taste is similar, but with much more acetone along with harsh bitterness, wood and tannins. Overcarbonated as well. Nah, far away from an elegant beer.
