Irish-inspired red ale owing much to crystal malts. Moderately hoppy, more on the rounded, malty side of things, with tasted bread and nutty notes. A true session beer, easy-drinking and at at moderate strength (4,8% ABV), it’s a perfect match with cooked ham, stews and many hard and semi-soft cheeses

Bottled (thanks Bov!). Reddish amber colour, big fluffy slightly off-white head. Leaves nice lace. Aroma is fruity, earthy and also has some bready malty notes in it. Flavour is toffee, earth, some fruits and caramel malts.

Bottled, alc . 4.8% ("fev08"). Deep copper brown color, huge cloudy beige head. Crystal sugar, lemony hoppy, kind of "hard" nose. A bit thinnish mouthfeel, but ok for 4.8% beer. Nice hoppy bite with sour berries. Backbone is a bit metallic, but another good beer from this brewery.

bottle, with thanks to Allen! Hazy red-amber colour, large beige head. Hoppy-fruity nose. Shy malty background with some nice flavours of caramel and red berries. Pleasantly hoppy with a herbal character.

Bottle reads4.4%abv. Pours copper with beige head. Aroma is malty / hoppy and grainy. Taste is roasted with ome caramel malt, lightly spicy (coriander and black pepper?) giving a little tingly feeling. Fruity, possibly fig. Found the aftertaste to be a little too weak and watery. An excellent ale for the abv.

Bottled, thanks Bov! Hazy mahogany colour, fair sized beige head. Hoppy lychee aroma. Light bodied with a fresh and aromatic hoppiness. The hop bitterness sets in early and lasts very long. Very direct in an American way, yet very drinkable.

Beautiful dark copper color; small creamy head. Delicate caramel notes in the aroma. Light sweetened caramel flavor, with a drier final, correct bitterness. Easy but balanced.

Hazy dark amber color. Yeasty aroma, iron. Some malt, dry mouthfeel, light yeast. Pretty strong bitterness. Homebrew.
