Barrel Aged Berry Kettle Sour was brewed with Pilsner and Wheat Malts, and underwent primary fermentation in stainless steel tanks. It was racked into French oak Chardonnay and Viognier barrels from Elephant Island Winery in Naramata.
Raspberries and blackberries were added then allowed to age for 3 months. It was bottle conditioned, carbonated, and unfiltered.

Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 6 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 7.5
Soured red berry and some earth. Cloudy reddish witha small white head. Light soured berry, touch sour and a pleasant long finish. Well balanced.
