Draft - Light green apple and some peel. Clear gold. Dry apple peel, touch of sulphur and a clean finish. Decent.

On tap at Bellingham Cider Company, pours a clear golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out dry apples, with a touch of acidity. Flavour is along the same lines, with dry apple skins and gentle acidity. Clean and easy-drinking. Decent.
