Draft - Green app,e and some peel. Clear gold. Nice apple and peel with a touch of tannin. Nice.

On tap at Bellingham Cider Company, pours a clear golden blonde with a tiny white head. Nose brings out floral notes, crisp apple skins, and light acidity. Flavour has a bunch of apple core, with gentle acidity and a hint of sweetness. Too much rotting apple core on the finish. Not a big fan.
