Flaske 0,25l fra Vinmonopolet, Bestillingsutvalget. Mørk rødbrun med et ok luftig skum som varer. God aroma av mørke plommer & bær. Smaken er søt frukt. Blir litt for søt - men OK. Sødmen må nok tilskrives alkoholen - for ellers merkes den ikke.

4oz pour at Churchkey’s Nogne O Tap Takeover. Pours a clear, caramel amber with a ring of white head. Nose of rusty metal, orange, caramel, leafy, some roasted carrot, a little apple. Flavors of caramel, mild char, lots of starch, some starchy sweetness almost like a faro risotto. Oily finish.

Draft at Churchkey for a meet the brewer event. Poured a clear dark ruby color without much of a head - though I was drinking off a drink that was poured a while before I showed up. Aroma is slightly harsh boozy, barley wine sweetness. Some light yeast notes. Flavor was light alcohol burn, yeast character reminiscent of sake. Not as smooth as the 2. edition. A little more age would probably be pretty good for it.

Bottle from my friend Henrik (Cunningham), big thank. Hazy browm color with medium white head. Promising aroma of malt, caramel, dried fruit, sake. Taste, ripe fruit, alcohol, honey, sake. Alcohol is well incorporated into beer. Good, although I expected more after promising aroma.

Botella 25 cl de cervezalandia. Tomada en el momento en Oviedo. 30..03..2016. Sabores intensos maltosos tostados dulces algo caramelizados y con un final de maderas quemadas que persiste, por un buen tiempo junto con todo lo demás, durante un buen rato. Ligero amargo seco. Cuerpo intenso fino y algo espumoso y denso de 8.5 vol. Sube 0.1 Algo más seca y áspera con toques quemados que la 2ed ................................Botella de 25 cl en el lúpulo, 22-03-2014, en el momento. Increíble aroma dulce y maltosos con toques frescos finales de sake. Inmenso sabor de maltas dulces con final ligeramente amargo y fresco de vinos blancos. Cuerpo intenso con 12.5 vol que se notan de principio a fin y dándole una gran sensación alcohólica sobretodo al final cuando calienta. Muy buena destacable su aroma y toque de vinos blancos y frescos. Para repetir lo antes posible.

250ml Flasche. Ins Glas ergießt sich ein rötlich-oranges Bier mit sehr wenig Schaum. Geruch sehr intensiv holzig, fruchtig malzig, süß, alkoholisch. Geschmack angenehm sanft malzig fruchtig, leicht alkoholisch, holzig, Dörrobst, süß.

Noe uklar rødbrun farge med tynt skum. Lukter fruktig, søtt og alokohol. Smaker søtt, fyldig. Minner om sherry. Sødme og alkoholvarme henger i ettersmaken.

Tåkete brun med rødskjær med hvitt skum. Lukter moden stenfrukt. Rund god søt karamell, litt Cherry feeling. Medium bitter, lite kullsyre, men god fyldig ganske lang ettersmak.

Bottle. Hazy reddish/brown with a minimal head. Aroma of yeast, fruit, dried fruit, sake and some nuts. Similar taste, rather sweet. Some warming alcohol in the finish. A bit different but quite good.
