Miami Rice is a hazy southeast IPA brewed with rice, oats, and barley, with late kettle additions of mosaic and citra. Fermented using a blend of London Ale III and Sacc-trois, producing a slightly tart finish with delicate hints of pineapple, mango and citrus. Best enjoyed while listening to cheesy 80's TV theme songs in your beige and pastel blazer.

473ml can. Pours a hazy pale gold with a medium, creamy, long lasting, white head that leaves curtains of lace. Aroma of funky yeast, rice, caramel malt, pineapple and orange. Sweet fruity flavour of caramel malt, pineapple, mango, orange, grapefruit, funky yeast and oats in a dry, slightly tart finish. Medium body with a creamy, smooth texture and soft carbonation. Not bad.
