This beer features a soft, malty, bread-like character that comes from Alberta barley that leads into subtle citrus notes from BC-grown cascade hops. A smooth mouthfeel and simple malt bill compliment a subtle hop profile that provides a subdued bitterness

473ml can. Pours a slightly hazy gold with a small, creamy, long lasting, off-white head that leaves soapy lacing. Sweet aroma of grainy pale malt, red apple and floral hops. Sweet flavour of bready caramel malt, lemon rind, red apple and floral hops in a crisp, dry, mild bitter finish. Light to medium body with a smooth, almost oily texture and soft carbonation. Easy drinking. Not bad.
