Fresh Skagit-grown hops were added to hot wort, which was chilled overnight in our coolship, fermented in an open-top foudre, blended with barrel-aged beer, and naturally conditioned with honey.

Nice stuff. Great oaky sourness, fruity but the sourness is on top. Mouth drying. Slightly musty in a nice way. Bit vinous. Like it a lot!

Straw. Just a slight haze. Aroma and taste, sort of funny, sourish and a bit gamey. Complex but Iβm not sure Iβm sold on it.

Draft - Grassy and a bit herbal. Cloudy gold with a decent white head. Soft sweet and grassy with a light herbal note.
