Bourbon Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout
Elegant, innovative, complex: Black Tuesday provides a uniquely elevated beer-drinking experience unlike any other. Rich, complex flavor from time spent aging in bourbon barrels mingles effortlessly with distinct notes of crème brûlée, poached figs, and milk chocolate. Surprisingly smooth at 19.7% ABV, this is a beer you won’t soon forget.

Side by side with 2011. Massive difference. This really aged well, big portification noticable. Boozy, rich and smooth, some bourbon but very fruity. Raisins, some wood. Maybe still a bit too hot, but tasting great. Thanks, fun comparison

Hidden sample treasure hunt. Still hunting for the perfect BT age, but this seems to be on the way back. Boozy as heck, thick, bourbon and a bit savoury. Damn heavy, intense. Great for small portions, but don't solo.

Black with a brown head - Malt aroma with some roasted notes and some toasted wood barrel aroma - Dark malt body with roated flavours with some wood barrel and vanilla and some alcohol heat - The dark malt and wood barrel flavours goes into the finish with alcohol heat - This was good

28-09-19 // bottle shared at Mon Petit Cafe Suttgart on Zwanze Day 2019. Crazy burning alcohol. Super rich, feels like a chocolate liquor. Boozy, but very interesting
