Ginger takes over for the traditional orange peel addition and Szechuan pepper (not a really a pepper at all, Wikipedia) zaps your tastebuds to life complimenting the earthy character of Belgian witbier.

Can - Funky odd vegetal notes. Clearish gold with a small white head. Perfumy notes, vegetal and creamy notes. A bit of a mess, which is too bad, sounded fun.

473ml can. Pours a slightly hazy pale straw colour with a thin, fizzy, short lived, white head that fully dissipates. Spicy aroma of wheat malt, ginger, yeast and faint pepper. Sweet, spicy flavour of grainy wheat malt, ginger, lemon, yeast and mild pepper with a crisp, dry, floral hop finish. Light body with a watery texture and average carbonation. Clean and easy drinking. A little too tame though. I was expecting a lot more spicy heat.
