On tap at O.T., pours a clear pale blonde with a large white head. Nose brings out grass, herbal notes, and straw. Flavour is full of grassy notes, a little herbal character, and crisp crackery malt. Clean and drinkable. Good stuff.

355ml can. Pours a clear gold-yellow with a medium, frothy, long lasting, white head that leaves splotchy lacing. Mild aroma of grainy malt, musty yeast and grass. Sweet flavour of bready malt, grain, apple, lemon and grass with a dry, crisp, bitter, herbal hop finish. Light body with a watery texture and average carbonation. Clean, easy drinking and flavourful. Above average Pilsner.
