I had a bottle and a draught sample at the brewery - points are for the bottled version.
Both versions have a hazy amber body with a lightly brown, creamy head. The bottled one has aroma of hops, yeast, citrus, smoke. The draught one has the same aroma characteristics, but is better balanced. The bottled one has a lightly sweet, moderately bitter flavour of flowers, honey, ... The draught one also has the same flavour characteristics but is more smooth while the bottled one is somewhat harsher. I prefer the draught one as it is more in balance.
Bottled: 8/3/8/4/15, Draught: 8/3/8/4/16

(Bottle 75 cl) Pours a hazy, amber golden with a small, off-white head. Sweet’n’sour aroma with a whiff of caramel. Heavy carbonation - actually this beer is doing the usual, spritzy Blaugies gushing thing - always open their beers over the kitchen sink - this time Ungstrup was soaked, so no big deal though... The body is medium, flavours are fruity, dry and spicy pointing in all directions. Very special - and overrated as most Blaugies beers. 120207

Untwisted the wire cage, and soon after the cork flew out, taking the cage with it. Huge offwhite head. Hazy brown body with yeast particles just visible. Slightly acidic tobacco aroma with milky, bready spice notes. Taste is bitterish licorice with strong Christmas spices and yeast. Bitterish metallic lambic-like finish. Strange, but nice. (0.75l bottle.)

2006. I like this but did not enjoy it as much as the standard Moneuse. It is a very yeasty beer in the aroma and flavor. The yeast is combined with lots of hops for a flavor that works quite well. It is on the dry side, but just a touch of pine and citrus. A good medium sweet malt base. Dark gold and cloudy. Very heavily carbonated but a light, pleasant palate. The khaki colored head starts tall but fades quickly.

75 cL bottle. Pours with creamy light brown head and with a deep orange brown colour. Clear smell of hops, yeast and caramel. Taste sweet wit alcoholoic notes, orange, caramel and yeast - weak malts notes deeply hidden. Good, but nothing special.6-4-6-3-13=3.2
From tap, Kerstbierfestival 2007 in Essen/Belgium. Pours hazy orange with a huge dense off-white head. Spiced caramel malty aroma. Flavour is spiced with a mild tobacco and dry malty flavour. Spiced and caramel malty flavour, lacks sweetness completely. Has a nice bitterness in the finish with a slight herbal touch. 6-3-6-3-12=3.0
