A lightly hazed pale blonde Weisse with a thin white head. In aroma, a nice tart malt with light lemon notes, lactic acid, Epsom salts, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light Epsom salts, light lactic notes, light mineral notes, nice and smooth. On tap at brewery.
