Cask at Prince Albert, London. Pours clear gold with a foamy, white head. Great hop character, starting with grass and earth in the nose. Flavor has some malts and honey sweetness, with earthy bitters. Light to medium in body with fine carbonation. Finishes quite dry, with lingering bitters and light, bready malts. Good brew.

Feb 2011 at the brewery. Golden-bronze. Fruity-currants, berries and apple. Fruity, balanced palate. Really nice beer with a subtle, clean, malt character.

Sept 2010: First pour from the cask. Hazy golden-amber, obviously we’ll excuse the haze. Smells of spicy hop with light caramel accent. Very fresh, fruity taste with caramel/earth balance. The hops are bright and attractive in this one. 7-4-8-4-15 = 3.8
