The brew day was just getting started in New West, when Centennial hops were being picked from the bines at Chilliwack Hop Farms and rushed over to the waiting brew. What resulted is a lively aroma of freshly zested lemon and grapefruit, hints of pine, and subtle notes of freshly cut grass.
