A true Belgian white without the extra sweeteners found in some mainstream versions. An unfiltered wheat beer with the right amount of orange and coriander. Bitter with a sweet finish and citrus aroma.

On tap. Pours a hazy blonde with a small, foamy, long lasting, white head that laces nicely. Mild aroma of bready wheat malt, orange, yeast and floral hops. Sweet fruity flavour of bready wheat malt, orange, coriander, yeast, white pepper and floral hops in a dry, mild bitter finish. Light body with a watery texture and average to soft carbonation. Clean, refreshing and crushable.

On tap at Prairie Sun, pours a cloudy blonde with a small white head. Aroma reveals the usual orange peel and coriander, with gentle floral undertones. Flavour is soft and wheaty, with coriander spice galore, a little orange peel, and wheaty notes. Clean and easy. Pleasant.

This is definitely Churchill's best brewed beer to style. It's quite clean and easy to drink. Sweet and made for the masses, and it should work.
