On tap at Trans Canada, pours a clear dull yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out gentle farmhouse notes, a little bit of sweet esters. Flavour is quite estery, with plenty of sugar sweetness, subdued farmhouse notes, and cotton candy. The yeast isn't well-utilized—too estery. Amateur.

Draft - Light Belgian yeast. Clear gold with a decent white head. Bready and peppery with some decent Belgian yeast notes.
