Tap @Luppolo12, Roma. Hazy, light orange with stable white head. Aroma has light malt, citrus and yeast. Yeasty flavour, citrus and a littles spice. Dry, slightly citric finish.

Piwo jakby bardzo zdominowane przez jakies przyprawy. Kolendra, ziarno pieprzu. Saison lekko kwaskowaty i zbozowy. Glownie dominowaly platki owsiane, mala piana gruboziarnista, kolor jaskrawy bardzo metny z drobinkami tych pewnie przypraw. Fajna zgrabna mala buteleczka

Nice creamy mediumlasting head, slightly hazy. Aroma is slightly sour-ish spiced, weeds, heather, grass, sour fruits, yeast, sweet gale, sap. Taste is slightly dry spiced, weeds, yeast, hay, bark, cardamom, grass, minerals, paper, spices. Medium bitterness, slightly dry and harsh mouthfeel. Boring.

Part of a 10 euro, 6 beer blind tasting set at Trois 8’s biergarten event in Paris. An Italian Saison with rosemary, thyme & wheat in the nose. It’s made with 4 spices... what are the other two? It’s got a lovely soft body with a flavor that gives notes of nutmeg, pepper and camomille in the finish It reminds me of a honeyed bedtime camomille tea.

Tap at Erzbierschof Zürich. Distinct aroma of gingerbread and christmas holiday spices, yet not so much ginger itself. Taste of cinnamon, but without the burning sensation on the tongue that cinnamon has. Very tasty indeed!

Hazy golden color with big white head. Coriander, ginger, pepper, citrus aroma. Taste is quite rosemary-like, high fine-bubbled carbonation, very thirst-quenching, solid bitterness and spiciness in the finish. Nice work!

Bottle from Tanakaya. Pours a hazy gold with a soft white head that dissipates fairly quickly, leaving a nice rim around the glass throughout. Nice spice aromas: nutmeg, coriander and clove with some lemon and orange as well. Good carbonation with a light to medium body. Taste is more of the same with some tart yogurty notes that come out as well. Really unique saison with a finish that is tart a tad sweet almost like lemon meringue. Crisp, dry and refreshing finish.

Served at Carnevino in Las Vegas with my appetizer, a small steak tartar. Has a wonderful head in a round glass, great foggy orange colour. Flavour is heavy on the coriander, some orange, with a dry finish. Probably the best Italian beer I’ve tasted.
