A Classic international style innovated by Italian creativity. An hazy golden beer brewed with an Italian Ancient Grain (Cappelli wheat from countryside of Puglia) and Orange Peel. The crisp and fresh aromas of cereals are intriguing and elegant. The sip reveals honey flavors balanced by a nice, soft bitterness and a clean dry finish.

A World Cup Of Beers#23. ITALY. An international brew with the football once found on keg at the Medicine Tap in Rochdale, but this is the modern bottled version, which is golden and only slightly hazy for being unfiltered. This aspect does impact its taste, although it's fairly standard lager so only to an extent. What does stand out though its its higher bitterness factor on this pour, which further edges out an already flavourless mix of earthy pantry flavours, with its honey just evident. Drank this one whilst watching only the second ever World Cup game to feature a host country playing on foreign grass - Canada vs Morocco.

500ml bottle from Supermercati DEM, in Civitavecchia, Italy. Pours a cloudy (unfiltered) gold color with a white head and good retention. Very good lacing. Pale malt and pilsner malt aroma. The taste follows the nose: Pale malt flavor to start, with pilsner malt flavor and some hops in the finish. Minimal sulfur notes. Smooth and clean. Semi-crisp texture. Medium body. Medium carbonation. Light to moderate bitterness. Well made.

This beer is regular, not so far than a white IPA, decently hoppy, citrus, a bit short with the aromas and watery, perfect to begin a night, 16.07.18, at Pettaciatto with Massimo, buying it in one supermarket in the region of Vasto.

Bottle @ home. Unclear golden body under a moderate sized white head. Mild aroma, a hint of spicy yeast and herbs. Taste has light, sweet malt, a touch of citric fruit and herbs, some spicy yeast and low bitterness. A bit thin bodied with moderate aftertaste. Almost elegant in a way but end up a bit too week and easy.

330 ml bottle, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. Unfiltered. ABV is 5%. Hazy golden colour, moderate to small white head. Pleasant aroma of floral and herbal hops, hints of tropical fruits and honey. The flavour is quite crisp and not too sweet, notes of herbal hops, good bitterness.

Keg at Putia Al Ostello, Catania. A very sweet lager that started very badly but grew over time. Extremely quick drinking.
