Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso propende per l'orzo. L'intensità olfattiva è normale e il modo in cui permane è sufficiente. Il manto birroso superiore ha una scarsa tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è media. Il liquido è di aspetto velato. Bollicine medio-fini costituiscono la forma del perlage. La carbonazione è vivace. Il colore è giallo dorato brillante. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è non invadente. La forza gustativa è elevata e la durata è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. Il retrogusto è intenso. Sul tetto della bocca si fermano sentori di miele, cereali, frutta secca, erba e agrumi.

33cl bottle. Golden color, hazed, effervescent offwhite head which fades away. Aroma of orange peel, lime, candy sugar, bready malts. Taste if fruity, juicy, zesty. Light bitterness, strong carbonation, medium body.

Draft - Belgian fruity flowery yeast up front. Clear pale gold with a decent white head. A very distinct Belgian White, but not sure if the Bergamont is actually clear.

Clear golden colour with thin head. Aroma and flavour have a simple sweet malt profile with slightly spicy yeast in the aftertaste.
