Draft - Estery with some bready notes. Cloudy gold with a small white head. Estery mess with yeasty apple notes.

On tap at Optimism, pours a clear golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of fruity esters, bubblegum and light citrus. Flavour is lightly tart, with fruity esters, some bubblegum and saison yeast. Not as estery as many other North American saisons, but it's certainly not authentic. Meh.
