Draft - Tart Apple and some farmhouse funk. Clearish gold. Tart and funky apple with nice acidity and tannin. Very nice.

On tap at Schilling Cider House - PDX, pours a cloudy blonde with a small white head. Nose brings out farmhouse yeast, oak and crisp apples. Flavour is complex, with dry oak, apple yeast, and crisp apples. Crisp and champagne-like. Good stuff.
