Made from six varieties of apples, tart with a tasty tingle left on the tongue.

Good light white-yellow body and modest foam, strong carbonation. Nice sweet dessert apple aroma. Flavour is more sweet apple, slight tannins, modest vinegar. Nice sugary aftertaste. A sweet cider done right.

355mL bottle, pours a clear blonde, quickly-dissipating white head. Nose is full of sweet stewed apples, some toffee, and subtle acidity. Flavour is medium sweet, with stewed apples, a little toffee, just an ever-so-slight funk, and light acidity. Moderately carbonated, tickling the tongue nicely. On the sweet side, but above average for a non-funky, BC cider.

Bottle - Lots of tropical fruits and candy. Slick and light fruity notes with some apple.
