This kettle soured Wheat Ale is highly carbonated, unfiltered and light in colour. Tart, with the addition of a small amount of salt and coriander, making for a very refreshing beer, with bright flavours and high attenuation.

Good foam on cloudy yellow body. Very salty aroma, armpit soaked in rancid lemon juice. Taste is okay tart grain, citrus hints, salt is pronounced and finishes well - something that can't be said for most local goses. Citrusy sweet works well while still holding true to the style, very nice.

473mL can, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Nose is wonderfully aromatic, with coriander, salt, and light tart citrus. Flavour follows accordingly, with tart citrus, spicy coriander, moderate salt, and some mineraly notes. Great mix of spiciness from the coriander and salt, with hardly any acidity. This is an excellent gose.

On tap. Pours a clear gold-yellow with a small, creamy, short lived, off-white head that laces. Sour aroma of grainy wheat malt, lemon and spicy coriander. Flavour of grainy wheat malt, lemon, coriander, salt and floral hops in a dry, sour finish. Light body with a watery texture and average carbonation. Refreshing and easy to drink.

Bottle - Briny and some wheat. Cloudy gold with a nice white head. Light and bright, but salt is far int he background. Not bad, but could be more aggressive.
