473mL can, pours a hazy golden with a tiny head. Nose is full of briny salt upfront, with citrus and lacto -- don't get the elderflower. Flavour is along the same lines, with plenty of salt, citrus and lacto, with a very tiny floral character. Salty, yogurty finish. Simple, but pleasant.

Can - Light lemon, some elderflower with a touch of brine. Clearish gold with a rich white head. Briney but no real bit and a touch of flavor. It seems they went a touch too light with this, some bigger flavor to match the salt would have been nice.

Poured from the tap at the taproom. Hazy pale yellow with white head. Subtle salt, mild lacto sour with a hint of fruity elderflower. Would have actually bought a couple bottles of this to bring home, but they were sold out. Hopefully this becomes a regular release.
