Lighter gold yellow body with minimal foam. Big brett citrus smell, great stuff, like a funky cider. Flavour is mellow sweet apples funkdafied by brett yeast. Big and heavy, very nice. Citrusy fo sho. Good stuff but very citrusy, I can't believe it's not cider!

Taster at the brewery with wife after Pan Am. Pours a hazy blonde with a white head. Aroma is a bit sour and funky with some flower and barrel notes. Taste is prominent with barrel and some light buttery notes. Not bad.

On tap at Parallel 49, pours a hazy yellowish blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out wild yeast upfront, accentuated by the woody oak barrels. Flavour is along the same lines, with wild yeast, oak barrels and a hint of citrus. For such a low ABV beer, this is quite complex and rich. Very good.

Cloudy pale blond colour. Dry, weak, lightly spicy, the base beer is quite bland, the barrel adds buttery notes, probably Chardonnay.

Draft - White grape and light barrel. Cloudy yellow with a small white head. Light woody, touch of white grape and vanilla, pineapple with wood.
